Corn Elote Seasoning

Ingredients
  • 6 ears of corn, husked
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup crumbled cotija cheese
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions
  1. Prepare the CornCorn Elote Seasoning

    Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (200°C). Husk the corn and remove all the silk. Rinse the ears of corn under cold water and pat dry.
